RUN™ stands for Regulatory-Ready by Design, Unified Operations and Navigable by People. It describes what a well-run migration practice looks like from the inside: how work is captured, who owns it, and whether it can be shown later.
It came out of running my own practice since 2009, and from watching good agents struggle with audits, staff turnover and growth because the knowledge lived in one person's head.
A practice that RUNs doesn't scramble when a complaint or review arrives. It doesn't stall when a key person leaves. It doesn't need the owner present for every decision. It runs on systems, not on memory.
Educli is software built to support RUN™, but the framework doesn't depend on it. Use it as a benchmark with whatever tools you have. RUN™ is not a certification, and reaching a level doesn't mean a practice meets its regulatory obligations.
