The problem

The Capstone prepares you to pass. It doesn't set up your practice.

You pass the exam, pay the fee and get your registration number. Then the systems are up to you.

Knowing what OMARA expects

The Code of Conduct applies from your first client. Many new agents aren't sure what a service agreement must contain, how fees must be disclosed, or what happens if a client complains.

No practice infrastructure yet

No file structure, onboarding process or checklists. No reliable record of what advice you gave and when. And real clients from day one.

CPD comes round quickly

To re-register you need 10 CPD points each registration year, including at least 5 Category A points and mandatory points on ethical standards and the Code of Conduct. It's easier to plan them early than scramble at the end.

The problems that hurt new agents are rarely dramatic. A file note not taken. A fee not disclosed in the right way. A complaint you can't answer from your records.

The four modules

Four weeks. Four sessions. One practice, set up right.

Modules 1 to 3 are live on Zoom, with up to 30 participants. Module 4 is self-paced. Your Educli account is open throughout, so you leave each week with something built and running.

The Launchpad is for newly registered migration agents in their first 12 months. It isn't a refresher for experienced agents. If you've been practising longer, start with the RUN Assessment instead.
